Terms of purchase
Our terms and conditions apply both to purchases in our webshop and to orders placed by other means.
Delivery
Delivery of stock items normally takes place within 5 working days. Please refer to the final order confirmation for the exact delivery date. We normally ship with Schenker Parcel unless otherwise requested and agreed. Read details in our PDF further down the page.
Payment
- For authorised business customers, payment against invoice is 20 days net.
- For other and private customers, delivery is made against prepayment in the webshop.
The minimum charge is SEK 250 excluding VAT and any shipping costs.
Guarantee
- Printers and other devices normally come with a 1-year warranty.
- For warranty actions, the product should be sent to us. Please email us first.
Return / Refund
For stock products that are undamaged, we offer a right of repurchase within 14 days from the date of delivery against 20% handling fee. This does not apply to customised products. If the product was delivered in special original packaging, this must be used for the return.
Return shipping of the goods is paid by the buyer.
Inappropriate and offensive content
Collinder Märksystem AB reserves the right to remove any ordered material that is considered inappropriate. This may apply to both images and text that are illegal, indecent, threatening, offensive, discriminatory or racist.
