Instruction signs

Mandatory signs are used to clearly indicate the rules and actions that must be followed in a workplace or public environment. A mandatory sign contains an instruction that you are obliged to follow, such as requirements for protective equipment or specific behaviours. Clear signage ensures that both staff and visitors know what the rules are and ensure compliance.

Regulatory signs in the field of health and safety

Health and safety signs mainly concern requirements for personal protective equipment and safe working practices. This often means that certain work equipment must be used, such as safety helmets, safety shoes, hearing protection or high-visibility clothing.
By clearly labelling what is required, you reduce the risk of accidents and create a safe working environment for both staff and visitors.

Structured signage with combination signs

Do you need to communicate several different notices in one environment? Then you can order a combination sign. This means that we collect all applicable orders on one and the same sign, which creates clear and structured communication.

What does an injunction sign look like?

Mandatory signs are always circular with a blue background and a white symbol (pictogram) indicating the type of mandatory sign. The clear symbols ensure that the message is quickly understood, no matter what language you speak or what situation you are in. At Collinder, we manufacture signs that comply with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's requirements (AFS:2023:10), but it is also possible to order signs according to international standards (ISO 7010) or other standards.

Standard and customised instruction signs

Our production takes place in Lomma, where we manufacture mandatory signs for all needs and environments. Choose whether you want to order signs without text or with standard text and in what size the sign should be. The signs are manufactured in either plastic or aluminium, depending on the environment they are to be used in - for indoor environments we recommend plastic signs, while aluminium signs with a laminate may be more suitable for outdoor use or in extreme environments.

Our mandatory signs are supplied with four pre-drilled holes for stable mounting. It is also possible to order edge-bent signs that are mounted on poles. For labelling directly on machines or other smooth surfaces, you can instead use injunction decals.
