Order

  • What happens after the order is placed?

  • After the order is placed, we process it manually and then you as a customer receive an order confirmation.

    Should we find any issues with the order, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?

  • Yes, this is possible as long as the order has not started production or has not been packed and delivered.

Payment

  • How can I pay?

  • At Collinder, you can pay by invoice or card if you are a registered customer.

    If you are not registered with us, you can only pay by card.

  • I want to shop as a private individual, is this possible?

  • Of course, you can shop with us as a private person, then only card payment applies.

  • How do I get my invoice?

  • Invoices will be sent to the email address you provided when you registered your account.

  • Are your prices with or without VAT?

  • Prices in the online shop are normally exclusive of VAT.

Delivery

  • What are your delivery times?

  • Stock items are normally dispatched the next working day after the order is placed.

    Other assortments have varying delivery times, upon order confirmation you will receive more information about what applies to your particular order in delivery time.

  • What is the shipping cost?

  • The shipping cost is currently SEK 150 within Sweden.

  • Can I track my order?

  • Yes, you can track your order via My Pages.

  • Do you deliver to countries outside the EU?

  • Yes, but please contact us at info@collinder.se in the face of orders.

  • Can you deliver my shipment in instalments?

  • Yes, it is possible but please contact us at info@collinder.se for further information.

Complaints

  • How do I advertise a product?

  • What should I do if I have received damaged goods?

Return

  • How do I return an item/order?

  • I have received the wrong product, what do I do now?

  • What is the right of cancellation, does it cost anything and how do I proceed?

  • As a first step in a return please contact us via info@collinder.se or 040-41 88 30.

    For stock products that are undamaged, we offer a right of repurchase within 14 days from the date of delivery against 20% handling fee. This does not apply to customised products.

    If the product was delivered in special original packaging, this must be used for the return.

    Return shipping of the goods is paid by the buyer.
