The complete training package brings together the three premium courses: ‘Energy & Power Sources’, ‘Cut & Lock – Equipment, Regulations & Installation’ and ‘Lockout Procedures, Documentation & Inspection’. Together, these courses provide you with a broad understanding of the ‘Cut & Lock’ method and how it is applied in practice.
You will learn about different energy sources, the risks they may pose, and why energy may still be present even after a machine has been switched off. The training then moves on to ‘Lockout/Tagout’ equipment, locking systems, group locking and basic requirements, as well as how ‘Lockout/Tagout’ is carried out in practice.
The final section focuses on the organisation’s own procedures. You will learn how ‘Break & Lock’ procedures are drawn up, documented and monitored, and see practical examples of how ‘Break & Lock’ can be used in different workplaces.
The courses are delivered online via our learning platform, Collinder Care, and include videos, written content and knowledge questions. Each course concludes with a knowledge test and, upon passing, you will receive a digital certificate.
