CIP pipe labelling decals for food and beverage industry
During CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning, hot washing solution - often a mixture of lye and acid - is circulated through the process pipes. The liquid can reach very high temperatures, and for uninsulated pipes this poses a clear risk of burns on contact with the pipe surface.
Our specially developed CIP labels are designed to meet these requirements. They are made from a material that can withstand temperatures up to +150°C and are equipped with a high-performance adhesive that ensures long-term adhesion even in demanding environments.
In the white field on the sticker, you can choose the text you want, for example "Washing-up liquid". Please note that symbols and text "Risk of CIP disc" is fixed and cannot be changed on this type of sticker.
- Withstands extreme temperatures: The CIP decals can withstand up to +150°C - perfect for hot process pipes when cleaning.
- Secure adhesion: Equipped with high-performance adhesives to stay put in demanding environments.
- Reduces the risk of burns: Clear warning of hot dishwashing solution increases safety in uninsulated pipes.
- Customisable text: Choose your own text in the white field, for example "Washing-up liquid", for clear identification.
- Fixed warning text and symbol: The text "Risk of CIP disk" and the symbol are always visible - for increased clarity and consistent labelling.
We offer two options:
- For uninsulated pipes: With GHS 7 (harmful) and hot surface warning triangle.
- For insulated pipes: With GHS 7 only.
These decals contribute to increased safety and clear labelling in accordance with industry standards.
