Spray-Stop is a quick and easy way to protect staff and facilities from injury and fire.
Use Spray-Stop tape mainly for flammable and hot substances:
- at pipe flanges, valves and other pipe fittings
- to high pressure lines (like steam)
- to pipes with high temperatures (like hot oil)
Spray-Stop consists of several layers of laminated aluminium/glass fibre with a very strong polysilicone adhesive. This material is extremely resistant to most chemicals and can withstand from -70°C to +160°C (temporarily +200°C) and up to 16 bar pressure. Spray-Stop tape is developed by Dutch T-ISS for use in marine and off-shore (fulfils the requirements of IMO A 653-16) and in the power and process industries.
