What is an injunction sticker?

An instruction decal indicates the rules that must be followed in a particular environment. It is used to clearly communicate requirements for behaviour or personal protective equipment directly on the surface where the information is needed.

The purpose of mandatory stickers is to reduce the risk of accidents and ensure compliance with safety rules. They are widely used in industry, on construction sites and in other work environments where clear instructions are essential.

Instruction stickers are recognised by their design consisting of a blue circle and a white pictogram which can be complemented with black text. The standardised design ensures that the message is quickly understood, regardless of the language spoken.

Common injunctions include:

  • Safety helmet must be worn
  • Hearing protection must be used
  • Read the instructions for use
  • Washing your hands
  • Wear a face mask

Customised injunction stickers

At Collinder, we can produce customised, PVC-free decals that are adapted to your business and work environment. We also offer combination decals where several requirements are gathered on a single decal, which is suitable for environments where several requirements need to be communicated at the same time.

Our decals are made from materials adapted to the environment they will be used in and can be laminated with UV protection for extra durability in harsh environments. This ensures that the stickers are both durable and clear over time. Decals are the most flexible solution in environments where surfaces are smooth and clean. In cases where the surfaces are uneven, an instruction sign can be used instead.
