Compact lock for harsh environments
This lock is made to be used in harsh environments. The lock body is made of Zenex™ thermoplastic, a lightweight, durable and non-conductive material that resists heat, cold, chemicals and UV light without rusting or losing its function.
The nickel-plated steel shackle provides extra strength and resistance to corrosion, and the slim, compact shape makes the lock easy to use even in tight spaces.
The lock has a safety cylinder that holds the key in place until the lock is properly locked, reducing the risk of mistakes. This makes the lock particularly suitable for Lockout/Tagout use.
The product is not EX-rated according to the official certification standards. However, it has undergone rigorous and equivalent tests to fulfil the safety requirements in potentially explosive environments.

Customise the lock to your needs
This lock is also available in customised key systems with equal locking (KA) and/or master key systems (MK).
We also offer engraving in the locks and associated Ø25 mm key tags in plastic or aluminium that matches the colour of the lock.
